For over a decade, I worked as a marketing and social media professional, helping clients strategize and develop multifaceted marketing campaigns in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, and higher education industries.

 

In 2023, I took a career break to support my family as a stay-at-home parent and pursue volunteer opportunities in our community. During this time, I decided to become a substitute teacher and, through my experience working with the staff and students at Deer Lakes High School, decided to pursue my teaching certification in high school English.
